I have an optimistic attitude towards life and I strive to maintain balance in my spiritual, emotional and physical beingness. I enjoy walking, hiking, kayaking, snow shoeing,music in the park, reading a good book, watching good movies as well as quality time with friends, family and collegues. I have a full work schedule in the natural health field and so am hoping to find someone with a similar schedule, who wants to share the off hours.
