I am a 36 year old African American woman. I am the proud mother of 3 lovely teenaged children. I love life and try to live it to the fullest. I believe that there is someone out there for everyone however, my life does not give me much free time to get out and socialize. I decided to give the online thing a chance. I am not looking for someone to take care of me because with God's help and grace I have been able to do a pretty good job of that myself. However, I am a true romantic who would love to spend my life with that "special" someone. I am funny, outgoing and very down to earth. I try to be honest at all times and I expect nothing less in a mate. I emphasize the fact that I love who I am and why I will compromise within a relationship, I am not willing to change who I am as a person nor do I want someone that I feel I must change in order to make him acceptable to me. Hvad leder du efter?

I look for a man who is not afraid of his emotions. He must be honest and sincere. I would want him to think about how he treats a woman and measure that against the way he would want his mother or sisters to be treated. A man who is willing to do that is more likely to treat a woman with respect. He must be able to accept me as I am and trust that I have the ability to compromise when neccesary. I want him to be in to me and not simply looking for someone to be "intimate" with (and I cleaned that up quite a bit).
