I Would Describe Myself As

Having been blessed with the opportunity to be a "professional" volunteer and having somewhat of a "bleeding heart", I strive to use the talents that God has given me to help others. I believe that every day is a gift and it should be embraced to the fullest. Simply learning something new every day helps me to grow not only mentally, but spiritually. VBS this summer gave me the opportunity to share my passions of crafts, recycling and the Bible, all rolled into one task (and we used only about 60% of our budget). I love working with others on projects of any kind. Missions is a huge part of my life, with Odessa, Ukraine being a huge part of my life now. I love challenges and fixing things (from a family of Engineers) and making things. Never been the sunbathing type, too boring, but love a lot of simple things in life. National and State parks and camping rank up there as a great vacation or weekend getaway. But working in a soup kitchen can also be just as enjoyable. Prov 3:5-6
