Honest, direct, don't need to soften the truth for me, open-minded, teachable, the flesh are our weaknesses in which the world preys on and becomes part of Satan's Arsenal to use against our walk with Jesus. We are always blaming Satan as much as we praise and worship God. Nevertheless blaming is never our lifestyle because we want freedom from condemnation.
History is about learning from the past because History often repeats itself, it's not dwelling in the past when you're infatuated about learning from the past. You're just interested in History. Jesus is part of that History too!
Atheists call the lifestyle of Jesus as "Living & dwelling in the past". And that is the worldly perspective which contradicts with the topic of History.
