I'm new here and just trying to fill out enough because this is one of those phrases guaranteed to strike terror in the heart of any man.. I'm grown, fun, athletic, I like the outdoors, camping, running, mountain biking etc, and looking for someone alike, (if not physically but mentally). I'm opinionated, in the most fascinating way--haha--and enjoy conversations on current events, politics, business...people seem to think I'm smart and attractive, so I must smell, because I haven't found my soul mate. BTW, sense of humor is a must.. I'm hoping you're fun, smart, funny, and are mesmerized by me. What I miss most about not dating someone is that it's hard to find who you will get funny with--you know, mountain biking, camping, sailing etc, so I tend to do less of those things.. Are you versatile, flexible? Are you willing to try new things with me? First off. I am a Christian and love God in the true sense. I pray often, and even ask a blessing on our meal. I found a church that pulls my heart the way the Lord worship and its Country Church in Marion. It's how the people worship, not the structure of the building... Truth be told, I'm probably down right lazy these days. But I figure that I've earned it. I'm an artist at heart. And an engineer by profession. I'm a Southern based Civil Engineer (retiring soon) and I sometimes travel around to execute contract task that are approved to me. Currently, am working on my 3rd and final part for the Mall of Africa project in S.A and renovated a number of others projects. So there is maybe a bit of clutter around. I'm a champion who is handsome and manly, athletic, well-dressed, authentic and true, well-spoken, playful, witty and amusing. I work hard to accomplish us to be comfortable with ourselves and a presence, and engages any group easily. Your man demonstrates mindfulness and depth, a sincere empathy and compassion for others. He is transparent, trustworthy, honest, thoughtful, supportive, kind and gentle. He is not perfect, but he is real. You are proud of your man, and that pleases you. Being single for years now and i like to ride my Harley, fishing, camping, BBQ's, dancing, road trips to nowhere, quiet time at home alone with a beer, playing scrabble, cards, darts or just sitting around a bon fire talking and laughing good times. I'm sure everyone has a favorite show or two, and I don't dis that. It's just not for me. On the other hand I love NFL football - Go Ravens (or Sea-hawks)! A little live baseball (Go O's) isn't too bad on a nice day either.! Army and Navy. I served as a helicopter crew-chief in the Army (VietNam 1969 - shot down twice) and then as a Navy simulator instructor until 1979. But I'm whole, have all the big parts, and I am emotionally and financially stable. At least as stable as the US government (not that that seems so great at the moment?). I don't know what am gonna do but am looking for a special woman who's hooked up on pop culture. Someone who is sincere, kind, trust worthy, a caring, loving and understanding woman who has integrity and wants a monogamous relationship. A best friend, a confidant, a lover, someone to share what life has in store for both of us. While chemistry is important, communication is vital key to a lasting relationship. Do you share some of my interests/opinions? Along the way closure, hugging, holding hands, kissing and joyful tears of laughing will all be welcome and encouraged as we discover the intimacy of being with each other. The typical coffee or lunch date is safe, but boring..lets shake it up a bit..got any ideas? Hot Air Balloon, fishing, roller skating, sky diving, beach life and go to park and ride those suicide trains that spins you round and round lol. bungee jumping? OK, just kidding..but 20 years ago I'd have done it in a heartbeat!! What do you have in mind? I would like someone who we could explore the world together and learn new things as well.
