Hello and thank you for stopping by my profile! I am someone who has a very happy personality and a positive outlook every day!
Good Stuff (technically determined ‘good’ by you though!)
• I strive each day to grow my relationship with God so that I can do better in listening and following his will.
• I love to take time each day to read from my Bible and I take time throughout my day to pray.
• I follow the plan of salvation when I was eight years old. I believe that we are all born sinners and that Jesus was sent to die on the cross to shed his blood to cover our sins, I asked God to be my one and only savior and I excepted his gift of eternal life in heaven and I ask forgiveness for my sins.
• I love humor, smiling and laughter are always the highlight of my day! My friends say that I am witty, sassy, and some use the word funny!
• I hold strong on honesty, I believe in forgiveness, I try my best to think before I speak and be sensitive to others’ needs or situation, and I try to remind myself that everyone’s shoes are unique; as their walk in life is.
• I like to plan things but I do enjoy spontaneity. I can be adventurous and do love to try new things. I will though let you know if I am not comfortable with something, I do my best to be myself. I am all for compromise but I try not to be a people pleaser as for then we sometimes lose ourselves.
• I love to travel where there is warm weather and sunshine and I love Disney!
• I am an eternal optimist!
Now.... the one thing I wish a lot of people would do!
I’m making a little list of things I have found about me that apparently can be deal breakers for some!
• Food allergies – I have lots of them and some people find me to be a picky eater but truth be told I can usually find something on any menu. I am not picky I just have to be careful! I choose to live!
• Long haired cat allergy – I am allergic to long-haired cats…
• 3X a week to the gym – I really do go to the gym, I even enjoy it! But my body shape does not show any signs of it! If I didn’t go it will probably show signs of that, HA!
• Divorces - Yes, that is plural plural plural plural. Sorry, just getting across the point. I now know that what I am looking for and praying for is a relationship, a friendship, that begins with a mutual faith and love for God; a foundation that a friendship should be built upon.
Nothing can survive if that is not the foundation upon which it is built.
• Severe migraines – for almost the last decade I have been treated by several doctors for severe migraines in which during that time I had to quit working and go on disability. I have become quite a ways. I am now able to homeschool my youngest son and I enjoy sewing and doing some different crafts to supplement some income. I really enjoy the opportunity God has brought throughout this difficult transition.
• honesty – I am told I am honest almost to a fault. I would say that I am honest with a touch of sensitivity for others. I believe that I have been honest here with the warnings I have given you! Yes I have tried to give them in light humor as that is my personality. I just believe that if I bring up these sorts of things ahead of time that you do not feel As if you took time to get to know me and then you are hit with something that is a dealbreaker. You are able to know these things ahead of time and that way we can have fun getting to know the real us, the person that the circumstances have brought us to be.
I will also let you know I’m known to be a little bit sassy! I try to have fun with everything that I do and I find not only is the glass half full but most likely it is refillable!
